  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time

  • Standard International Shipping: Typically 5–15 business days, depending on location.

  • Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available for select regions or minimum order values (as indicated during promotions).

 


2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

To track your order:

  • Use the tracking link in your confirmation email.

  • Or visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address.

 


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs procedures, but we will assist as much as possible.

 


5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your padel gear! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Final sale or non-returnable items are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item(s) using your preferred courier.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

  • Indicate your desired exchange (e.g., size) in your return email.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Bank processing times may delay the appearance of funds in your account.

 


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will cover return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.

 


8. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours of placement.

  • After this period, changes are not guaranteed due to fulfillment timelines.
